** Once again sharing a delicious Amchi Veg. Combo Meal, that is dishes from Konkani Saraswat Cuisine, after quite some time as due to shortage of veggies, I try using them sparingly and there was nothing much to be posted. Without running much into details about the ambado, as I have written about it in that recipe section, I am sharing the links to recipes of the dishes in the combo meal picture above. ** Note : The curry remains the same as given in the link above, except that in this curry I have used dried peas where as I had used fresh peas in that recipe. You may use either for the curry and it tastes equally good. If used dried green peas, just soak them overnight or for 8 hours in plenty of water, then rinse well, put it in pressure cooker with water about half an inch level above the peas and pressure cook to one whistle. Let cool, open the lid and the peas are cooked and ready to be used for any curry dishes.
